Andover Chess Club’s Spring Scholastic Tournament 

Saturday, April 2, 2022, at 9:00AM

USCF Rated, for grades K-8

*Winners will play a simul with International Master David Vigorito immediately after tournament!

· To register, tickets may be purchased here through the ACC website or by emailing info@andoverchessclub.org with the following: (i) name of the child you are registering, (ii) the section he/she will play (U1200, U600 or Unrated), and (iii) if playing in rated section, player’s US Chess number.

· Rounds: 9:00AM, 10:00AM, 11:00AM, 12:00PM

· G/30 d5

· Trophies awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place in each section (U1200, U600 and Unrated)

· Doors open at 8:15 AM, registration ends at 8:45AM sharp. Players must be present and registered before 8:45AM to be paired

· Register before midnight Friday, April 1st and pay only $35. Current ACC Members receive a $5 discount. After midnight on April 1st:  the entry fee increases to $40.

Net proceeds from the tournament will be donated to The Carroll Center for the Blind (https://carroll.org)
